About this ebook

The attractive man she met in London has come to her peaceful Welsh village—but does he bring with him a promise or a threat?

On the last day of her holiday, Rosemary Roberts is rather relieved. Her travels have been enjoyable, but the quiet-natured woman looks forward to returning to her delightfully dull village in Wales. Then she meets an intriguing American in the foyer of her London hotel. By some extraordinary slice of fortune, Larry Madison-Jones is due to visit the tiny village where she lives. But how much of a coincidence is it really?

When Rosemary returns home, her life takes a sinister turn. During her absence, a woman has died, and dramatic secrets have been revealed. As she gets closer to the enigmatic Larry, she is also drawn into a web of mysterious and suspicious happenings. Just what is Larry hiding? And does he really love her—or is he trying to drive her mad?
