LEY AGRARIA
TITULO PRIMERO
DISPOSICIONES PRELIMINARES
Artículo 1o.- La presente ley es reglamentaria del artículo 27 Constitucional en materia agraria y de observancia general en toda la República.
Artículo 2o.- En lo no previsto en esta ley, se aplicará supletoriamente la legislación civil federal y, en su caso, mercantil, según la materia de que se trate.
El ejercicio de los derechos de propiedad a que se refiere esta ley en lo relacionado con el aprovechamiento urbano y el equilibrio ecológico, se ajustará a lo dispuesto en la Ley General de Asentamientos Humanos, la Ley del Equilibrio Ecológico y la Protección al Ambiente y demás leyes aplicables.
