This book does what it promises : Quick weight loss, with delicious, nutritious smoothie recipes to get through the 3 phases of the first 15 days, and great, healthy meal recipes to continue to your goal weight. The recipes are easy to prepare, and I didn't have to buy a lot of special ingredients. Thank you Harley!
