About this ebook

She's off-limits…and perfect for him!

It was supposed to be easy. Sarah Mcallister was going to flip her late father's house and head back to Colorado for a fresh start. But when her shady contractor gets arrested, taking most of her budget with him, she's at risk of losing everything. Enter Matt Conner…sexy pilot, single dad, Sarah's brother's best friend…and far too good with his hands for her peace of mind.

Moving into Sarah's spare bedroom is just asking for trouble, but Matt's trying to make amends with his troubled teen son, and a key step is finding a decent place to crash for as long as it takes. And the woman needs his help…

Sarah is the queen of planning. Her latest plan consists of fixing and listing her late father's house. When her perfect idea backfires and leaves her bank account in need of a reno, will a father son duo become the biggest change of her life? Heatherly Bell always wins with her stories of courage, optimism and new beginnings. Matt and Sarah learn the meaning of love, one brick at time, by rebuilding. For Matt that means learning the meaning of fatherhood as he seeks to bond with his son. For Sarah, it means letting go of the past and looking forward to the future. Airman to the Rescue is a fixer upper of the heart. Not always easy but rewarding in the end.

About the author

Heatherly Bell was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama but lost her accent by the time she was two. Her grandmother, Mima, kept the both the accent and spirit of the southern woman alive for decades. After leaving Alabama, Heatherly lived with her family in both Puerto Rico and Maryland before being transplanted kicking and screaming to the California Bay Area. She now loves it here, she swears. Except the traffic.
