About the author
Huy Nguyen Trieu is the co-founder of CFTE (Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship), one of the world’s leading platforms for education in finance and emerging technologies. A recognised thought leader on the future of work, he advises governments, central banks, and global institutions on AI-readiness, fintech, and workforce transformation.
Huy is the author of The AI-fication of Jobs and the The AI-fication of Talents, and his work has shaped national strategies and corporate initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His frameworks including the Performance Hexagon -are used to identify and develop future-ready talent at scale.
Previously a Managing Director in global finance, Huy combines industry expertise with a systems-level view of how technology is reshaping employment. He is a frequent keynote speaker and educator, helping professionals and organisations adapt to a rapidly changing world. He is an alum of MIT (USA) and Ecole Polytechnique (France)
Rhea Singhania is a graduate of Singapore Management University with a degree in Economics and Data Science. She brings experience in AI, fintech, and strategy consulting, having held roles across innovation-driven organisations in Singapore and beyond.
