About the author
Ilana J. Sprongl (ilanajsprongl.com) is an organizational leader, executive coach, and consultant with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of leadership, change, and software delivery. She continues to support and lead individuals and teams in fast-moving environments and through real-life complexities with her signature approach: a practical, research-oriented, cross-disciplinary, and human-centred mindset.
An accredited and active member of the coaching community and International Coaching Federation (ICF), Sprongl also has CIO.D designation (executive leadership) and is a member of CIOCAN (CIO Association of Canada). She takes part in professional networks focused on systems thinking, organizational transformation, software leadership, and executive development. From Curiosity to Collaboration is her second book, after Inside the Box: Mastering Internal Product Management (2025). She lives in Georgetown, Ontario, with her husband, child, cat, and dog.
