Wer als Christ nicht betet, ist keiner. Es geht im Glauben an den einen Gott um eine Beziehung. Kann es eine solche geben, ohne daß man miteinander redet und sich in Respekt, Interesse und Liebe begegnet? Beten ist mehr als Bitten oder gar nur eine religiöse Frömmelei. Gott erhört Gebet und will auch gebeten werden. Es gibt daher nichts Wichtigeres im Leben als Christ in der Nachfolge, als diesem allmächtigen Gott in Dankbarkeit und Glaube im Heiligen Geist und im Gebet beständig persönlich zu begegnen.
