The only new content is meal recipes, that you can find on your own. Two smoothies a day and one healthy meal, this is the sum of the book. Please don't buy this book

This is an awesome book. My husband and I started this book last year on November 19, 2017 my starting weight was 234 lbs and now my weigh in at a year later is 150lbs. My husband starting weight was at 238lbs and his weight dropped to 194lbs. I thank God for this book and all the tools to helping you keep up a healthy long lasting life!! I refer this book to anyone who is trying to good on the right path😘
