An Obsidian Rim novel
Jane has been a lifelong science fiction fan which led, after university, into a career of writing for science fiction magazines. Books followed, including a whole handful on the seminal television series Babylon 5 and Red Dwarf.
Now she writes science fiction novels, with the Perceivers series (the first instalment being Mind Secrets) aimed at readers, like her, who love stories about young people with special powers. Her foray into science fiction romance allows her to combine her love of SF with the romance writing she’s done as Lucy Shea.
When she’s not doing that, Jane works for BBC Three Counties Radio where you’ll often hear her reading the news.
Jane lives in a village in Bedfordshire, England with several cuddly elephants because, according to her family, she doesn’t have room for a real one.
