Which is maybe why he’s drawn to her, and definitely why he can’t seem to shake her. Because there’s nothing more hopeful than finding a person who understands your loneliness—and who can maybe even help take it away.

Anyone who has lost someone dear to them can relate to the emotions that Matthew feels. Jason Reynolds has an unique way making all of his characters come to life and remind you of people in your life. A touching book that reminds you cherish each day and that life goes on.

I dont like how he used Jehovah witness to compare to something as a joke. It not funny and very rude
