Ratings and reviews

The story is pretty good, with some hot, intimate scenes and lots of action. The paranormal slant seems well thought out. However, the story ended with some major questions unanswered which irked me rather than drew me into the next book. I became more interested in some of the secondary characters than the primary characters. Also, there were some copy editing errors (starting on the 2nd page!) which were quite distracting.

I down loaded this book because the description caught my attention, but I just couldn't get into it. I had tried for 2 months and could only get as far as chapter 6.

The book kind of throws you to the wolves (no pun intended) in regards to world construction and character profiles, but once you have a handle on all that... Hold on for a wild ride! Every bit of this book is just done well. The characters, the world, the antagonists, the 2nd-ary characters and, especially the action and suspense. The romance is pretty awesome too. I'm dying to read the rest if the series. Do they defeat Pathos?
