About the author
Jeremy Waxman was a history teacher and later became headteacher of schools in Yorkshire and London. Now retired, he pursues enthusiasms for writing, travel, film, jazz, cricket, and Tottenham Hotspur. Jeremy’s first novel, The Century of Zara Keff, was published in January 2025. He was made OBE for services to education in 2006.
