Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University, San Diego, California. His degrees also include B.S. Mathematics from Adamson University, Manila, Philippines. Previously, he was an adjunct professor of mathematics in San Diego City College, San Diego, California.
Mr. de Sosa is a licensed professional engineer in California. His work experience includes engineering design and test positions with the U.S. Federal government, defense contractors, and commercial companies.
