Brilliant book! Jim has worked in some of the world’s top ad agencies on many successful global brands, he understands exactly how they go about winning hearts and minds, and is brilliant at applying that knowledge and experience to smaller businesses with big ambitions. If you follow the brand story process he shares in this book it will save you hours of frustration and the results will be hugely better. It’s also refreshingly practical, accessible and easy to read. I highly recommend it (and I think I’ll be giving a few copies to our clients!)
