This unusual series sucked me in and has captivsted my children and I heart and soul. It's a mix between castle and harry potter. Keeps you on the edge of your seat while you wait for the obvious to be hurled into oblivion.

I can't get pass page 13 when I turn the page it says I've completed the book this was a rip off o want my money back!

Such good writing, I can't even describe how good it is. On of the best books ever. Writes like SOOOO GOOD. I'm only eleven but recognize good writing when I see it. John Flanagan is a genius author!!

John Flanagan grew up in Sydney, Australia, hoping to be a writer. John began writing Ranger’s Apprentice for his son, Michael, ten years ago, and is still hard at work on the series and its spinoff, Brotherband Chronicles. He currently lives in the suburb of Manly, Australia, with his wife. In addition to their son, they have two grown daughters and four grandsons.
