I was at a point in my life in was considering suicide! The biggest thing it did for me was bring back feelings I'd had when one of my closest friends took his life. I like how it quotes things out of the bible but isn't pushing religion on the reader. I read it over a year ago and I'm turning to it again for personal strength!

I think everyone would benefit from reading this book! This book is very inspirational! I loved reading from beginning to the end. I have recommend to several friends. They only drawback for some people would be the references from the bible. This aspect inspired me even more! Great for people with depression, anxiety, and PTSD!

I was looking for words to encourage my son to stick it out. Thanks. Really appreciate your frank thoughts on life. GOD bless!
