Not a fan of Elmo myself, but the kids love him. This is basically the same story as the original, with the addition of Elmo. Even though I don't like Elmo much, his addition to the story was very beneficial for my smallest kids. When reading the original story, I had to prompt them to turn the page. In this version, Elmo does the promoting, and it's built into the story.
Great Book! My son and I love this book! I actually have the original book the monster at the end of this book from when I was a little girl and it is one of my sons favorites. So when I saw this book I absolutely had to buy it and he loves it just as much!
