Stanten delivered an amazing novel with "Contact Harvest," and this short story gives another critical view into the Halo storyline, particularly to the city of High Charity and its populace in the events of Halo 2. It also gives us more perspective into the Elites and their complex characters and personalities. I suggest to pick this up and read it.

I always loved Halo books. They are like an expansion pack to the Halo universe and each story has its owm agenda, purpose and link. This book emphasises on what happened after the human covenant war during the 4 years of master chief hiatus. An excellent read

This book is expertly written, bring these characters some nice development, and picks up on some loose threads that 343i has left for awhile. You should definitely consider getting this book soon, for it is quite simply perfect. Once again, Joseph Staten does not disappoint.
