Really helpful 😊👍 for me as iam in a same situation of negative thoughts. i really need this. thank you. when a person is so much in a negative form actually her situation too become negative but the points which you have mentioned is really easy to follow . Yes ,my first priority will be meditation. I am a homemaker and i have one kid and joint family. Every is a challenge to me and most of the time i found myself in a negative situation surrounded by negative thoughts regarding my household work or my physique even for my husband.Sometimes feel irritated , frustrated,angry on myself which drain all my energy and this makes me a negative person. To move forward with positivity I really need this kind of books which atleast make me clarify about myself. Atlast thank you mam for sharing your own experiences with us and traching us to found postivity in ourself .

I could understand how this is a good book for people to over come negative thoughts, but there is also a point in life where you have to and need to feel real emotion like anger or being upset or hurt, instead of sweeping it under the rug and focusing on positive feelings... it's a normal human emotion to be hurt upset sad or angry. If you bury your feelings under a false positives then it will only make your emotions come out worse. I speak from experience. Sometimes you keep being positive and say things are going to be okay when they are not. We have to accept our situation and not sweep it under a rug and I dont think we always have to be positive or happy about it. Himan emotions are very normal. We are not the stepford wives... we are not robots who just sit there emotionless with a fake smile. We need to feel our emotions to deal with them eventually.

It's just make me do this and I feel like doing this in this year. I am 13 but I too have some negative thoughts like My skin tone, shyness ,etc . Thank you for encouraging me. Thanks again
