About the author

Karen Tomsovic is the author of the City Lights New York series of romantic comedies. Her books include Heart Throbs, Who Wants to Know? and Spare Me the Drama.

She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her pet parrots Teddy and Daisy, who like to interrupt her as often as possible. Like her owner, Daisy loves to devour a good book, but she does so in the literal sense. Teddy makes a great muse. He thinks Karen should have a bird in every book she writes. Karen says she'll try.
