I've been following Karena and Katrina for years now and couldn't be more happy that they wrote a book! It's affordable and loaded with amazing tips, recipes and even tons of workouts to take on the go. I recommend this to anyone looking to tone it up!

It's not bad! I enjoyed their personal stories and just started the workouts yesterday. Not really following their nutrition as I have a meal plan from my own trainer already. K&K's usually seem very low in calories for the amount of weight I lift. Otherwise, I enjoy their routines as a break from weight lifting.
