Taken to Revatu is one of the great stories in this anthology! After her escape pod crashes, Latanya is faced with two choices. First, dive off of a cliff. Second, be assaulted by an affluent perverted prince who even though he has never hid his lust for her but has also talked down to her from the moment they met. The cliffs looking pretty good right about now. Gormativ or Grizz and his hunting party see the crash and go to investigate and salvage what they can. That's where he finds, , ,her. He's sure of a few things. First, that she's a sentient being. Second, she's a lovely one at that. Third and most important, that she's his Xiveri mate. The one that could unlock his Hunger! Without her translator working correctly, she can understand him and his tribe but, they can't understand her. It's just not her day! He's paired with her to show her the ways of the tribe and that's suppose to be all. Yet they can't fight the Xiveri's call.

One of my favorite authors, Tasha Black, contributed her story Promised Mate to this anthology. Promised Mate is another entertaining tale, this time about a young lady contracted in an arranged marriage to save her planet, her cultural tutor, and a hidden agenda. Page turning, yes, sinister (mental) music in the background, yes, again, and glorious humor. I received a free copy of this book via BookFunnel and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This massive collection is an awesome way to get your read on while also sending some good karma out into the world. I particularly enjoyed Princess Claimed by Alison Aimes. Pavel and Ari's romance definitely had me feeling the heat and intensity. The only thing fiercer than these characters were their emotions and they truly had me falling and swooning hard.
