I was introduced this book by my professor in Communication class, and I do enjoy reading it. :) It builds a connection between leadership communication and actor performance. Additionally this book also includes activities which we actually can apply and practice to improve ourselves. As my professor said, it does not matter what advice we are given, in order to develop, we should try - and if its not working for us, we move on and try another technique as long as we want to change.

Kathy Lubar and Belle Linda Halpern, cofounders of The Ariel Group, have instructed more than 30,000 executives from hundreds of companies through their workshops. Lubar is a professional actress and cofounder of Boston's New Repertory Theater. Halpern performs nationwide as an actress and singer and has taught music students at Harvard University. Both live in the Boston area, where The Ariel Group is based.
