3 major insights on how to run a successful business along with a lot of wisdom thrown in a form that's easy to read - a nicely woven business parable. 1. Finance: Manage it well - never let expenses exceed income. 2. Empower: let your team take ownership - get everyone on the drawing board, discussing strategy to win. 3. Customer Focus: Dazzle your customers by giving more, find out areas where you can improve interaction with your customer, ask specific questions on how to improve your service and then go ahead and deliver. Don't be defensive of what you hear, learn to listen intently without planning on how to fix it - do only one thing - listen to your customer. Set your team up for success! Your team should know what they need to deliver, and you coach them on a daily basis on how to get there. Give - leave a legacy behind.

I have read many books over the years in relation to business and how to look after employees, I found that this has been an inspiring book, especially if you follow it, because it has put it all together and in perspective. There are many books written and they all seem to back most of these principles. I personally have applied the 10% tithing and 10% into a savings account and found that it really works. I have also spoken about it to a friend, who then proceeded save 10% and she has commented numerous times how fantastic it has been in growth. E-Myth Entrepreneur is also at the top of my list of books for business.
