Erik and Nova's story is another good addition to the Wolfguard series. The characters are seriously strong individuals that come across as loners because of things in their past. The common thread they share is that they are both twins but Nova's sister was killed. Erik's brother Edward is the person closest to him. This story will have the past and the present colliding which will come out the strongest? The story is well thought-out and the fluidity of the word and world construction was great. Being able to picture the characters and locations helps the reader enjoy the book.

The suspense from start to finish will have you gasping for more. The heat, the intrigue, and all of the twists and turns as you read are spell binding. Nova the last female of her species wanted by all but drawn by fate to her mate. Erik going on what he thinks is just another random job from his boss Payne only to find what fate has in store is fate her self.

Nova had been successfully running for four years. She loved her little cabin in the wood where she could let her cat out to run. She felt safe. As safe as she could when who entire family had been murdered. Erik found her. All he had to do was find her and take her back to headquarters for the family security company. No one said anything about a band of wolf's controlled by a ????? alpha. He'd seen the control of the leader before and he didn't plan to let the woman be taken by them. I love the series. If you are a new fan, don't worry, you can read each book alone, however, the entire series is amazing. Great worldbuilding, the baddest of the bad, the best of the good, hot alpha guys who love their women and let them live their lives (with some effort) and plenty of steam.
