Romance Novels that are about same sex couples should come with a warning label in bold on the front cover. Otome Games do that with a BL (Boy's Love) in bold on the front. That helps those of us that preorder every new book in a series of books without always reading the plot to not be blindsided with things they'd rather never see nor read. You can't have a dozen books hetero then BAM throw a home in there! It's bad manners.

While I am not comfortable with male on male stories, particularly sex scenes, a great writer can make you forget that it really has nothing to do with gender. I love Kresley Cole's Lore stories, but I just could not get into this one. It felt both too rushed and too drawn out.

Learning to put aside one's own insecurities and falling in love has never been more of a challenge than these two strong-willed males. A interesting short story, my only real disappointment with this book was that it was lacking in the biting quick witted humor that I've came to expect from Kresley Cole.
