Such an incredible book. Fenrir and Astrid's story was a tantalizing twists on Beauty and The Beast which is a personal favorite of mine. I loved the exquisite tension and fiery sparks that burned and blazed between these two. A truly epic romantasy that was delicious.

I love the dynamics between Fen and Astrid. There really was no hesitation in the relationship from the start. Nothing I hate more that couples that play either the martyr or teeter back and forth. My only queation or what I can't wrap my brain around is where did Astrids mother get off too? She worried about her the whole book yet when she crossed over worlds nothing else was said about her. Maybe, hopefully she'll be mentioned and I will find put about her in Gods of Avalon.
