This book really is, even if a little dated, the quintessential book for poomsae. and general good guidelines\instruction in TaeKwonDo. The problem here is in this digital form, the images are all shown as a copyright text block. This makes the book fairly useless unless your REALLY good at visualizing from simple text statements. If the book ever gets its images it would easily be a 5 star book. Without them it's only a one star.

Images are not showing up, a message appears where all the images are supposed to be, saying: "copywrited image". To bad because this is an excellent book, but without images, it is worthless. Asked for refund.
