I really enjoyed this book. Kind of like a genie in a bottle only this time it's a warlock in a teapot. Willow runs a coffee shop that is just getting busier and busier and she realises she needs help. After her friend gives her a teapot she makes a hire but not everything is as it seems. The teapot is a prison for Azil, a warlock. When Willow realises that he is in there she starts bringing him out more and more and the two soon realise that they are just meant to be and the attraction is undeniable. But not everyone in Willow's life is quite who they seem. Loved the characters and their evolution throughout the book. A wonderful story that just leaves you wanting more and I look forward to the next book in the series. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is the second book I've read from Laura Greenwood, and it's another winner. I love that Greenwood pick non-conventional supernatural creatures for her stories, and her take on a genie as the love interest is perfect! I don't usually prefer series where the romance arc covers multiple books, but I think I need to follow Willow and Azil's story. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a clean, cozy romance with an engaging mystery!

it was great fun to get more insights into the connections between Willow, Azil, Sabine and the extended bakery family to Willow. I first met Sabine in her own complicated love, hate, complex issues story with her mate. The relationship between Willow and Azil comes up in passing in a few other stories, so it is nice to put together more pieces of that world in my mental map. A sad yet filled with some hope and connections story for Azil and Willow, even as more relevant mysteries around them are revealed. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
