Everyone who loves wine has a story to tell about it, from that first sip to that special event where a particular bottle had great meaning or impact. A native of Newport Beach, California, Lenard Davis is a retired history teacher who also has become an avid wine collector and enthusiast over the past few years. He currently writes a wine column for the Lido Islander, a local monthly newspaper and holds a WSET Level 3 advanced certificate in wines and spirits. He has also published two other books, a novel called Newport! and Lido Isle, an Illustrated History.
