About this ebook

Bookish introvert Morgen Keller never thought she would have a midlife crisis. That was before her husband divorced her, her boss let her go, and her grandmother died.

Forty wasn’t supposed to look like this.

When Morgen inherits Grandma’s old farmhouse in the small town of Bellrock, Washington, it could be a chance for a fresh start.

There are just a few problems…

A fearsome werewolf has claimed the property for himself, Grandma didn’t die of natural causes, and, oh, she was a witch.

Embroiled in a mystery, and heir to powers she knew nothing about, Morgen must turn to the only person who might be able to help: the werewolf who threatened to rip her throat out for trespassing.

This isn’t the fresh start on life that Morgen had in mind.

I was dubious. The words slow burn romance really didn't appeal to me. The price however did so I bought the book and oh my I'm so glad I did. The first two books are good. nothing special but certainly worth reading. Books 3,4 and 5 are superb, amazing, awesome, tremendous and many other words along those lines. I dunno if this author (Lindsay Buroker) is on any best seller lists but I tell you straight if she ain't, well she damn well oughta be, that's a for sure for sure! The third, fourth, and fifth book had me rooting for the characters at some points and laughing out loud at others. Ya know ain't no one that wants a load of naked guys sauntering out onto the lawn when you're bro's have just rocked up at your gaff ready to establish whether they need to commit you to the nuthouse. But if it happens to someone else you're going to laugh at their predicament. Well I'm running headlong to the character limit so let me conclude by saying that the book was worth 20 x more than I paid.

I needed something to keep myself busy or company on my Saturday and Sunday morning walks so, I decided to purchase an ebook that I could read on my phone... as I walked. I found "A Witch In Wolf Wood, Series" by Lindsay Buroker. What an intresting piece of magic art. I enjoyed every bit and I learned a lot as well as experincing all the intriguing scenes. My main take away learnings include flexibility in the mind, love, care, patience, perseverance, courage and comfort. I loved reading from day one on page one till the end. I highly recommend it to anyone who seeks to enjoy, enjoy the magic of open mindedness walking in the land of magic and were wolves in Wolf Wood.

A really fun read! I had gotten the first from my library and enjoyed it so much - and read through it so fast (too much fun to put down) - that I bought the set! AND the extra short that fits between books 3 & 4. I would LOVE to see more of this wild and wonderful cast of characters and their lives among Wolf Wood. I just might have to check out her other book series' in the meantime.
