I would definitely recommend this book. For myself, as someone who has struggled to do anything with consistency, this book was welcoming and convenient. The author set that welcoming tone all through-out the book, I enjoyed it. Thank You.

This is a great way to learn how to journal. The author gives multiple suggestions for serious journaling, fun journaling and more.The author gives you the freedom to not only write but suggestions for drawing. The author also explains about different writing tools.I am really appreciative for the help.

New topic for me but no new information in the book.All information was general knowledge.I did not learned how to journal in this book.
