Religious propaganda, with no indication that its a christian book. unrealistic parental reaction, just awkward awkward boring. Let's be honest here, 2 very strict Christian parents give the go ahead for their only daughter to fornicate at 17? And throw a party after to celebrate? They didn't even have a wedding ceremony. just a 20 yr old guy committing statutory rape. Please. This book dragged and dragged. I couldn't wait for it to be done. You'd be better off just reading the bible.

I finished the book to make sure I wasn't missing something. This seemed like a way to push Christianity on people. The story was not realistic at all. It is also not a good example for teen girls. Is it seriously alright for us to tell our 15 year old girls that they can actively pursue 18 year old boys if they "totally" believe that it is God's will? I did not like this at all. This is not a story that teens should be reading
