Keeps telling me I'm off line. Also told me to sign in to Google play. I was. It also told me to open a Google plus account. Tried downloading over WiFi, and over the air. Same thing over, and over. Then it asked me to rate the book. Since I was in the middle of a good 1/2 hour of trying to download the book, the timing for the request was probably not so good. However I will likely change the rating if I ever get it to download, since I like sifi.

To be honest, the book didn't grab me right away...the syntax was a little odd and not knowing the culture of the protagonist made it challenging to understand who he was, what he was doing, just what his deal was. Thing is, the more I read the better I liked it. All too soon the book ended - except it wasn't the end. Not even close. Now I can't wait to find out what happens next! From a rather picky, persnickety reader I can tell you: you won't be sorry starting this series. Or continuing it, I'll wager...

A great read for any sci-fi fan. More than happy to go through the 2,000 pages. Ended up buying a few follow-on too :-)
