About the author

Dr. Mansum Yau was born in Hong Kong, grew up in Syria and Lebanon, and graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in Canada in 2010. When she's not helping cats and dogs, she's reading, writing, drawing, doing stand-up comedy, raising awareness for endangered animals, and exploring nature with her adventure cat Boo and one-eyed dog Penny. They currently live near the Pacific Ocean. The Ins and Outs of Cat Carriers is Dr. Mansum's first non-fiction book.
