Whether you're a dude or a chick, the advice here is sound. For me personally, I use it as a reference guide or "how-to" for getting my health back on track. I have realized how to better structure my workouts and nutrition plan as part of my daily schedule. So far, I'm down five pounds! Highly recommended for any man trying to get their health back on track and that swag back in their step.
