Impero di molte etnie, in contrasto fra loro, guidato da un governo liberal-clericale in realtà illiberale e corrotto, pieno di ladri, malfattori e arruffoni, crollato con la Prima guerra mondiale. La derisione, dovuta all'immagine evocata dal suono della parola Kakania, è chiara in tutte le lingue europee. E anche oggi, come testimonia la raccolta di questi articoli apparsi su vari siti web, ha un suo desolato valore nel mondo grottesco in cui viviamo.
