About the author
Mario R. Storchi was born in Portici (Naples), Italy.
Graduated with honors in Literature, he worked for several years at the Chair of Contemporary History, University of Naples, publishing numerous essays and books of social and economic history, working on unpublished sources in the State Archives of Naples.
For almost thirty years he taught in high schools.
The interest for historical research and teaching led him from the early 80s to use the computer and the Internet, taking courses in high schools to explain to students and professors Internet and new technologies (including e-learning and distance learning) and writing computer books.
He has written over thirty books, some of which have had numerous editions and reprints.
