Cherpitel, DrPH, is associate director of the National Alcohol Research Center, a senior scientist at Alcohol Research Group (ARG), and an adjunct professor at the University of California at Berkeley's School of Public Health.Mark Edmund Rose, MA, is a licensed psychologist, researcher, and professional freelance writer specializing in medical and addiction issues.
