Mark is the Author of four internationally published books.
Mark has delivered over 1,000 motivational presentations and teaches the Go Zone to improve staff effectiveness.
Mark McKeon is an author and presenter rated as being in the 'top 10' Australian keynote speakers and coaches. He primarily conducts keynotes, workshops and mentoring programs on Personal Effectiveness, Self Awareness, Leadership and Time Creation. He has lead such programs for Shell, Roche, NAB, KPMG, CBA, Goldwell, PWC and many others. Mark developed, Edited, expanded and sold one of Australia's most successful health and lifestyle magazines. He was Team and High Performance Coach at Collingwood in AFL for 15 years. He acted as club's Runner for AFL 250 games and worked with Victoria in State of Origin Series on 5 occasions. Mark is also the author of 3 other successful and internationally published books 'Every Day Counts', 'Live a Little More' and 'Mark McKeon's Life Tips'. The Go Zone is Mark's fourth book. Collectively Mark's books are now published or reprinted in 15 countries. Mark played senior VFL/AFL football for Melbourne and represented Victoria through the VFA. He was a member of the winning team in the inaugural AFL Triathlon, competing against current players from all teams. He also competed in and provided commentary on the grueling British Cross Training Challenge in London. Mark is now a Director of the Conference and Training company, Mischief Motivation Attitude Pty Ltd. He combines Go and Slow Zones at work with regular No Zones at his beach retreat. Mark has been married to Carole for 27 years and has two sons, Jake 22 and Sam 18.
