This one hits why too close to home for me. not so much the parents thing. just the nonbinary thing. and being around people that understand it and do everything in their power to make you comfortable.

omg, ben is way too relatable! like, it almost hurt, how similar we are. but i love it nonetheless. i really just feel connected to them? lol that sounds weird but it's what i feel. and the story surrounding them is really good! overall, i had a really good time reading this book and i'm very thankful to the author for writing this book, they really made something amazing here 😼👍

The story is touching and well paced. It's an easy read, making it ideal for a wide range of audiences - YA and adult alike - while still addressing important ideas.
