Sept. 2934 sollte das Deutsche Beamtengesetz in einer neuen Fassung verabschiedet werden. Hierzu brauchte es jedoch noch mehrere Jahre, bis sodann am 26. Jan. 1937 das Deutsche Beamtengesetz erlassen wurde. Auf diesem zeitlichen Weg wurden mehrere Gesetze erlassen oder geändert, um eine gesetzliche Wegbereitung und politisch gewollte Entwicklung sicher stellen zu können.
