About this ebook

When mankind searched for other worlds to explore and started the terraforming process of the solar system, it didn't imagine the it was reaching its own destruction. With the necessary complexity for the tasks that the machines needed to perform, its programming was taken to the limit, and when the telluric forces pressed the machines to the maximum, a consciousness lightening was formed in the woods of the system: Primus AD. The Basamortu Battle. When a colony planet is invaded by hostile forces, each one must fight for their life and their right to call that planet theirs.

About the author

Mauricio R B Campos was born in São Paulo, in 1977. He has a degree in Business Administration with MBA in Financial Business by the Federal University of Ceará, and works at Banco do Brasil. He worked as editor and translator for the Lusíadas Publishing House. In May, 2005 he had the short story Yádis published in the European website of scientific fiction Simetria, of the Portuguese Association of Fantastic Scientific and Fiction. In 2010 he was one of the 40 finalists selected from the 21st edition of the Contest of Short Stories Paulo Leminski, promoted by the city hall of Toledo, in Paraná. He took part in Collections III Anthology Nau Literária and Komedi Collection VI of Komedi Publishing Company, in the anthology Post Mortem, of Multifoco Publishing House and Lucid Dreams, of Andross Publishing Company. His short story 478 won the contest of the Curitiba Bookstores, and will be published in the August edition of magazine Ler & Etc (a print of 200 thousand copies). After receiving special honor for his poetry 645 from ASES, Association of Writers of Bragança Paulista, he participated in the III Anthology Poetry City Prize.
