I have recommended this book to every father I know (and some that don't even have kids yet, just in case). I have always felt (and still believe) that I am a pretty decent dad, but this book opened my eyes to issues of which I really was not aware. So, for some, I guess this may be remedial stuff. However, for the typical male, who rarely understands the female language (regardless of their age or relation), I believe this is essential reading. More importantly, if you have a daughter, it is important to hear from the "other side" just how big your role is in her life. I am thankful to have found this book. I pray that it will only make me a better father, and that one day, my daughter will look back, be proud of her upbringing, and find a man that will treat her and my grandchildren with the same love, respect, and devotion as I have.

So many little things Dads don't think about. Good to hear the powerful impact of simple little things and importance of just being with your child. This book will change your life as a Dad. Even if you don't have a daughter, only sons.
