Ratings and reviews

This is my first introduction to the Loving a Warrior series, and although I found it a little hard to get into, I did enjoy it. As not only was it extremely well-written, but it addressed some difficult and sensitive issues, from PTSD to survivor's guilt to suicide. It packed a lot in and did it very well, highlighting issues that are more relevant and real than ever before. And with likable characters who do grow as the story progresses, a somewhat satisfying romance, and a heartwarming message of hope and strength. I was engaged throughout, and I would certainly read more from the series and author in the future.
