A love that needed to happen. Even though you hate alot of the situations the angst is real dire. Real life issues that touches the soul. It has foster kids and abuse situations. But it's also a romance story of love. A love that's always been there but that has grown as the characters matured. I love love love the Braden family. And now I'm falling for the Remington family. Well done Ms. Foster.

I had the pleasure of listening to the audiobook of Game of Love by Melissa Foster and let me tell you, it's a must listen. B.J Harrison is the narrator and he does a great job telling the story. This story is about Dex Remington and Ellie Parker. They have know each other for a long time. Dex is a PC game developer and Ellie is a teacher who really cares for for each and everyone of her kids and takes the time to work with them. Dex loves Ellie and he has been there for her whenever she has needed him but he has ended up with a broken heart due to her running away each time. Ellie has hard a hard time going from foster home to foster home as a teenager and having it rough and then dating a guy who ends up being married and she was unaware of it. All Ellie knows is to run at the first chance she gets. Ellie and Dex finally reunite at a bar when she comes into town and their feelings for each other just ignite. Dex can not have his heart broken one more time from Ellie and after some resisting, Ellie stays with Dex while she is going on interviews for a teaching job. Ellie is scared but knows she wants to be with Dex and finally they have a real chance as long as Ellie does not run away again and just gives in to Dex. I loved their story.

Though l love every book in this series, this is one of my favorites. I love the long friendship & how he is so patient dealing with her traumatic past. Sorry if that's a spoiler, but didn't know how else to say it...
