About this ebook

If shame, trauma, or silence have kept you stuck, The Breaker is your roadmap to freedom, healing, and a life of purpose.

The Breaker is not your average self-help book for abuse survivors.

The goal isn’t just to help you tolerate pain, it’s to show you a path that leads to true freedom from the wounds of your past.

This is the raw and powerful true story of Micah LaCerte—a world champion athlete, fitness icon, and transformation coach who has helped thousands of men break free from strongholds. Micah appeared to have it all but was silently battling deep wounds from his past. Behind the success was a history of abuse, trauma, shame, and invisible battles.

This book is about confronting the pain and abuse you’ve buried—the shame, the silence, the wounds you never asked for—and choosing to turn them into purpose. It’s about no longer being defined by what happened to you and finally becoming who you were always meant to be.

What was meant to destroy you will become the very thing that drives your purpose.

In The Breaker, you’ll discover how to:

· Dismantle patterns of shame, trauma, and dysfunction

· Heal emotional wounds through faith and truth

· Rebuild your identity with bold purpose

· Create healthy boundaries and reconnect with what matters

· Step into the life you were created to live

Whether you’re recovering from trauma, searching for your calling, or simply ready to break free from destructive patterns, The Breaker offers hope, practical steps, and the profound reminder that your story doesn’t have to end how it began.

It’s time to confront your past, reclaim your identity, and step into the life you were born to lead.

Micah’s journey proves that what tries to break you can become the very thing that fuels your breakthrough.
