Love this book! There's humor (& lol), fun, romance, hint of something more, & frustration. The ML & FL seem to be developing feelings for each other in the "fake dates". Yet, dodge moments where something more might happen. I still love the ML & how he supports the FL through it all and becomes her rock. FYI, there is a book 2 (same title, but says it's book 2 & it goes right into chapter 41). I really hope FL finds her confidence & strength 🥹. I look forward to it

Enjoyed what I was reading until I got to the part where she was describing the ocean and salty sea breeze.. but they flew into CHICAGO.. which isn't ANYWHERE near the ocean, but instead is located near a (if I remember correctly) is a freshwater LAKE. So I had to dock a star for that.

starts out fine, quickly develops into a long rambling confusing drama. be warned - book 3 ends mid plot line. save your money.
