What do you want to be when you grow up? In the deepest parts of our being, we seek the answer not just to how we want to make a living, but also how we want to make meaning in our lives. Each of us has a storehouse of ingredients inside us, a Kubburd, waiting to be used to make meaning and find purpose in our lives. The ideas in this book are largely inspired by research into and examples of some of the most creative and inspiring people on the planet-entrepreneurs. Long before it has anything to do with starting a business, entrepreneurship is a way of seeing and acting in the search for meaning. What's In Your Kubburd? extracts the lessons of how entrepreneurs think and what they do to help you make meaning in your life on your own terms. Munro Richardson, Ph.D. is the founder and CEO of Kubburd, an online social network for people who want to make meaning and find purpose in their lives. He has worked in the non-profit sector for over a dozen years, including serving as vice president of education at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. His personal mantra is to "live life on purpose." He resides in Kansas City, Missouri.
