FORGIVE ME MY SINS is the first instalment in Natasha Knight’s contemporary adult AUGUSTINE BROTHERS dark, erotic, Mafia, romance series. This is thirty year old, head of the Augustine Family Santos Augustine, and twenty year old Madelena De Leon’s story line. The character driven premise is dark, dramatic and raw; the characters are broken, determined and powerful; the romance struggles in the face of secrets, lies, and forced proximity. Ends on a cliff hanger-you have been warned

The author failed to create any convincing plot. The "erotic" scenes are amateurish and the books in general, perpetuates discrimination against women, and marginalize Latino women in general. We are all more worth the space these books take up. The second book is even worse. A Rotten Tomato 10/10.

This is the first book I read by Natasha and I was captivated. I fell in love with her writing and the world she has created. I was at the edge throughout the read and had to finish the read in a single sitting. Santos, Madelena had my heart from the start and I was rooting for them. I loved getting to know them and as there story span throughout the years which made it easier to understand them and connect with them. There is so much depth in the characters that I was lost in them. I wanted to unravel every single mystery. As the book end on a cliffhanger I'm left thinking of all the possibilities and trying to anticipate what's to come next. Even hours after finishing the book I was lost in the read. I was intrigued by some of the secondary characters and hoping they get there own books. Thanks to Natasha and Valentine's Promotion for the advanced copy of this amazing read.
